It is this HHO, produced after hydroxyl, which provides energy for your car to move ahead while the oxygen produced in this reaction is released into the atmosphere through exhaust.

It is said that a car gets better mileage and produces less harmful emissions if water is used to power the car in addition to the usual petroleum based fuels. Moreover, a very small quantity of water is required for increasing efficiency and your car can run on this for several months.
